The Founder of Blue Sky turned entrepreneur after 25 years as a banker with HSBC, Allahabad Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, HDFC Bank, American Express and Deutsche Bank Private Wealth. Post the banking career that spanned across Wholesale, Consumer and Wealth Management Advisory, Joy Kar has been involved both as an Advisor and as a philanthropist with a number of leading national and international NGOs and Development organizations.
With more than 34 years of professional experience, there is only one mission ahead of him - transforming Blue Sky from just a company into a brand trusted by people .

The Blue Sky Premiere Services Pvt Ltd has been founded on traditional values: loyalty, hard work, uncompromising quality and personalized customer centric services. Much of all this was imbibed by our Founder Director, Joy Kar during his professional career spanning over 25 years with leading multinational banks, such as Deutsche Bank Private Wealth, American Express Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and as an Advisor to Development Foundations in India and overseas. His association with leading Development organisations like Child in Need Institute, The Hope Foundation, Mission of Mercy India, Girl 2B Foundation and the Missionaries of Charity, to name a few, has given him the insight, vision and understanding to advise the execution of projects and in the overcoming of the challenges faced by disadvantaged in our society.

The company has evolved over the years from a mere distribution and transaction execution company to a partner for our clients......intently focusing on building relationships that are mutually beneficial.
